Licence required

8 W8 d- ] B! w# E S! X5 \19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person! @7 Y1 q+ ~" _

(a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and$ }0 p$ s% G4 T [( @
5 @4 L& ]% }& g3 i% B& L! H
(b) is employed by a driver training school.

$ e9 V" _6 T1 v2 K% _) R (a) a teacher employed by a board under the School Act who is giving classroom training only while in the course of that employment, or

59 A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the following is guilty of an offence:
