Position Abstract: performance of general & specialized building/ground maintenance tasks and projects. This position is responsible to manage and maintain a preventive maintenance program at several locations Part-time to Full-Time.

, ]( p5 {( B: Q$ S& XManagement Responsibilities: In association with the Manager of Housing, develops/prepares goals & objectives and related budgets regarding building maintenance; Monitors and approves maintenance operational expenditures in relation to budgets; Supervises the execution of major maintenance projects outlined within the annual budget; Assist staff in maintenance planning and operational matters.3 p, I8 E4 R5 }% ~: S

Maintenance Responsibilities: General building maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical systems; Inspects and monitors life safety equipment/systems; Participates in annual suite and building inspections; Coordinates and supervises outside contractors and/or trades persons as required; Reviews, assess, coordinate and ensures completion of work in vacant suite(s).

PLUS: ground maintenances which may include grass cutting, planting flowers, tree/shrub pruning, snow removal, sand/salt walkways, etc.; eesponsible to maintain keys/lock systems at specific locations; completes & supervises annual servicing of major equipment; reviews & assess for renewal outside contracts.!
