+ X5 m/ f5 O: t* P8 XThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* q  }. r/ S( Z+ W& f1 ]•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
4 J# [9 A3 K! w* n, ]•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
3 P6 q$ j1 q  X* P7 y•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

4 S" C. l) Y7 g; cSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
/ r% z& V1 ]/ ^' m2 D1 c•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
* t) y! L6 M3 u5 Z2 }/ y8 n•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
& V. e% b8 e% k% |. m  r: H•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
