CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
Registered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

The emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
5 A9 Z  y8 @' i! Oquestion and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
material and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
3 P* c8 A! e7 n# I" G) u# z% H' kCoach and a professional in the field.

To join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
5 I" K6 d8 x+ E8 {. ICollege and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
October 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
5 K* A7 g7 J# i+ R: bintending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
Participants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
2 D; K' H* f4 U( tRegistration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
limited, early registration is strongly advised.
