Alberta College is governed by an independent Board of Governors
+ ]# _3 b# h5 F# ]3 @+ ~drawn from a wide cross-section of the community. Established in
4 h; x3 u0 _- L2 p% X. F6 A1903, Alberta College predates both the City of Edmonton and the
4 ~$ Y' f6 C, w* S+ z' lProvince of Alberta. It was founded by concerned citizens as the

initially had three departments: academics, commerce and music,
