* n# |" E1 ?0 g- J( P5 D2 G5 DContact Service Canada if you change your name, your citizenship status changes, information on your SIN record is incorrect or incomplete, or if there is a death in your family.
& ?/ W; B( E: l E( PInform Service Canada if your SIN card is lost or if you suspect that your SIN is being wrongly used.1 _" f9 H( i& K8 f0 o O& M5 L4 y
