2011年2月2日埃德蒙顿消息: 根据爱城地产局的统计数据,爱城房屋平均价今年一月份比去年12月份有了小幅上涨,从$308,497到$310,766上涨了0.75%,其中独立房涨了0.15%,而康兜下降了1%。735套的成交量比12月份的834套和2009年1月份的775套和2010年的931套都低。一月份新上市的listing为2142套,高于12月份的1102套,库存量从5,721降到5,633套。
