Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
6 h9 C0 l, F5 E8 U0 L+ a, q) |-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
/ w# W; {7 T" z8 \+ _8 v2 R-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
& k& L! L* N, v6 _$ @' T% A-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
9 @/ n1 K6 ^! W. C-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
% A& o$ K6 Q' F# a  t# F- F, K-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
; p: x% {0 N, y; m" Z-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
5 f4 w4 @- M1 b0 ?5 S-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
