Job Description/Main Duties:
/ d4 ~6 q) M$ z& d7 N. L( D( S" C( i-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
( ^* ]+ M8 ^# ]-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" o; Q0 I5 B) u/ J- f3 A/ e-        Sell merchandise to customers
" V/ n! E  A3 D2 C; _  ?$ I' g-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
& p* M7 M; i7 G9 V, N+ G$ k$ A-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
1 G/ n& Z6 N, k-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
