- R$ j- D, j+ ^Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
! @2 U7 |) Q# b+ n lProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required ]! N: \! J( ?4 x( E1 V2 }2 Z
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed2 b% N" a4 J( {- h9 N* b% m

Qualifications
3 {. O* V: H6 iDiploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
6 K9 A- i7 N, M5 O eDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
+ ?+ U0 ^+ d, b3 F0 e2 RSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset" H+ ]4 U& L+ M. r
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
$ |& R$ `& }! n+ E0 \Familiarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit
