Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
' |) S& h! w+ x( L# _■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
; F* |' _- r) k* x4 Y! R& E& p■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
. H6 u: y0 A& L6 T9 V  n! f■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
& G3 e9 m5 T4 S$ R) R/ J■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
2 i2 p# ?9 [0 |( w' A$ }6 h/ l■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
5 V# c$ ?  R) G# R; ~■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.

■Self motivation,
■Communication skill,
■Client liaison and business development skills, and
