 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.. i8 @/ I( b+ B% ?
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.

 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.

Qualifications:/ q! b* ~0 l: x. Z% z# c8 S' [( F
5 O. x4 @2 d$ h% | Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.. T, ?4 H' C; s% _) z. W5 s( O
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.) J! ?6 q3 ], b- _" w: d
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.$ R$ H. I2 G- S w, R% y
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc., [4 g" J8 o+ N: h: J
 Knowledge of community resources.
^7 ^) \: i- Z# R- f Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance. r$ P! w( E( ]0 P' h3 B* {
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training. 1 T8 F# p* P- N V9 r6 _" ^

Position:
) y- I) ]5 K0 ~9 @This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; evening and weekend shifts; at an hourly rate of $12.50; starting February 8 2006. # p% C% {9 i# o2 W9 u- H
