 Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.

 Completing required paperwork.

8 b" i7 L" ~9 y" ~ Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.
$ f/ k. a( _9 d0 ~5 c Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff.- p5 Z8 i" a& q' \7 r/ Q
 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.
: _; L) _* l) J2 o3 S+ Q1 x Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
7 s1 k" i5 Q) `. E7 D Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.7 ?( ?. }8 N. c2 p* {4 z
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
, X/ O) c0 ]' }$ J: \# h Knowledge of community resources.
/ Z* o: J- Y* c* P3 a Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.$ ~7 E7 u) W6 @$ i7 Y8 R/ B; v9 R D) y
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training. " M4 T- T1 L! n0 X1 t, L

7 ?0 K& ]6 f8 ]: KThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
