The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. , D0 D6 _& F7 O! |. [' O
, _& T0 }+ _3 o9 \" AThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.- L% S' _+ a: O- J! ?

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required4 Y) K, D) r, M; ?
• Answer multi line telephone system0 ^9 P" F9 N I2 j* X- u6 w

Administration:
" J! A) ~& m5 \* j( C- v( L• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
& h, r: e" t8 n/ q& G7 p3 w" H0 z• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits4 E6 d* a! U# `# g7 T
• Input and manage high volume of data
0 U7 |3 r6 E* z, r+ v• Update and maintain databases
8 b2 m! g& K8 V3 F& l• Generate monthly reports and statistics2 G+ B0 f) i8 a9 ^( k9 \
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation8 T) \% g. p1 q: a i$ Z
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
4 ^: M; v% A7 s4 G" } N• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
* L' F/ P& i, c# C) t- N" T2 E• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients( x$ V2 Z& W$ C1 |: n

( | F8 `0 x( s9 |# K5 d• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure8 }) k. d! v& l. v4 c
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS , ^/ r+ u- N6 A& P
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills$ M' z. U( V9 K2 N* }/ z
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work' @, X7 t6 N) q* w6 m! [& q5 S( q4 }
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population+ a6 w- w" y! _3 l. ^# x5 p+ o" W
• Strong customer service skills& n' G: O0 R1 i( g
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
