The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 4 ]3 P5 o3 C/ u% K% ^1 H
' g/ K/ \9 w% x: m8 u) z8 `This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required8 B4 i( K( ~ ~% q+ @
• Answer multi line telephone system# v- Q4 H# R: V+ b3 R
; ]7 W9 s: v. N+ M$ y T' lAdministration:
) d4 l" @- w$ ~* P }- }• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads& H9 j4 w' q( p4 K/ A) J$ Z
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits0 u5 p/ n% c5 R# i+ S& N. @& h) `
• Input and manage high volume of data: c; m \$ E# B' C
• Update and maintain databases) |& X- X" k+ u# t8 S) ]' R
• Generate monthly reports and statistics$ q3 S4 ?$ I8 q7 n
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation$ q* x- j& o# J
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits% e" m' @+ G0 a W
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
- N; o8 I7 n v# [1 h• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients: I# y" `- Z% }" S# o

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure& F8 `0 w0 J7 v# w8 U( k
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
$ O( ^3 q9 |' @ a7 j0 j• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* j2 t8 t$ N9 D+ ?, e& c' q0 J1 Q• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work* t: O- T5 H: r2 O

• Strong customer service skills
