! T8 m% B- A+ h. ]! NTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 0 q) z9 z% d0 f0 v2 c, G5 F v
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
1 i) |6 n; _! u/ m3 V, O% w2 Bhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 1 q. j; s; p& s8 x) h) G5 K" s
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
6 J/ w/ l% A3 oyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
1 m4 ^, V6 k3 Q% Jin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You ; v1 I% Y- ?1 I/ H, Q" }
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, : R' ^3 I$ _! H8 ~5 O
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
4 c3 X' B. e5 naccountable to the project coordinator.

6 s0 c) l! t) ?: P/ _/ d" ~5 DThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
8 T+ H Z0 g4 s0 D K# j' dschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is & o7 O! P3 T/ o% J( ~' r

Qualifications - W2 g/ w; J/ E" \$ ]
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ) X9 T- O( \/ b. }: Y( y4 M
Keen ability to organize and lead
6 ]- M2 P) e! P& ~. U" c1 DRegular attendance at meetings ( e( I- W/ f/ Z
Relate well with other youth and adults
. O$ Y, [( L/ z* TWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary
