Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
" t6 [+ u+ l2 lservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

- v# k  ]+ J! }4 t9 O+ \" m4 ^Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
0 X8 T: _- T: XEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
/ s' B% [8 H* E; t. S/ Kin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
6 ?. C- z* D# o8 k0 _5 Nare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
/ Q. [% `5 r5 M" k- c0 _accountable to the project coordinator.

% o4 K1 i4 y& v) O8 Z" cThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
- o0 K! y. z2 Y/ Y7 L, `+ M& S! WKeen ability to organize and lead
) n8 O5 [: u: `/ XRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
! l/ R  n$ p& L$ t5 ~
Salary  
( T  P$ D1 \  ^3 r; a$ F' O# D$15 per hour plus benefits
