services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first + {1 R- j2 I4 `
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
$ ~7 e# D8 P; q* x* pEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a % `, E# j8 k/ h
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
/ o4 a8 N, v% l8 u! `in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
( i6 V" P1 m( X: Dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, + ]# `5 |2 x. a
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be . _7 M+ M# `+ |
accountable to the project coordinator.

/ e$ W! L N `( k8 W9 F& bThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own " b9 f& @2 p" c) A
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Regular attendance at meetings
2 I1 p) a5 C+ w' ?2 lRelate well with other youth and adults 1 |% G3 E g5 T
Willing to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
