Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 6 Y. W, a* h) Y
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ( q: h1 \5 e1 P$ q& m
their development. - I4 E6 L2 N; W5 g) I8 o
* U# H, D5 n: u( Y$ ATagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 6 R6 P& T4 k9 ], k- `1 A9 b
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 6 ?5 O" ^: V0 o
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
9 {% z, t! x* b/ ~; Xyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ) u) b! E, @, E: P% R
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 2 y* M* U" a7 C) I
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
) S4 w2 v- g }7 V! I; Z6 a, `! ubalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
4 Z, x8 c% C6 X3 R$ laccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
+ B5 S' n7 I J% V* \; Jschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 1 D+ }0 p8 e3 x* j# _

Qualifications
/ |5 ?1 o" p3 t( ^( m* q18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
# N/ E) W. R; }( rKeen ability to organize and lead : u% o% }& i/ ^
Regular attendance at meetings ) w& d& Y/ x! _: K
Relate well with other youth and adults 4 E# y+ ?% a* A9 c% q9 `4 O
Willing to be mentored and trained $ W7 P$ i1 n7 V X H3 h

Salary " C4 @1 S7 C, a. X8 r" c
