Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- {  U7 s1 |+ V& u- C9 _9 C5 ]6 `•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
' K3 g. N( y  H•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
; {( `+ c9 i7 O( E# Q8 }3 Y0 d•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
: {+ y9 m5 E: G! s•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
9 G3 d8 [! L' m4 `; I•        Completion of secondary school is required
6 y4 p. k1 V3 M- _•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
( T6 w; t8 a; c: c3 Q•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
  h: a- b2 |' Y. B5 R$ Q& M•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
