Job Description
5 m6 n2 [% J" Y* f2 n' m, N5 A8 G•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
: O- \- q- H* H, H•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
: ?/ t# \0 Z# B: m5 L# V9 P) w•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area

# z- }8 ]) T. E4 r8 ?•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
, N0 p& ^& q2 C8 N+ C; j. ~•        Completion of secondary school is required
  x) s( _4 L8 w; X1 Z; @•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
) U- F9 C0 I" K9 G•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
% Q3 e( e: t! G•        Strong interpersonal skills
# t# S5 X  g8 U. m* Z) _•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
