Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)
Term: 1 year contract

-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
; @8 e6 d1 c2 B9 n8 V7 y( N8 l+ K-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
9 H) s3 ~( o" }; U) N) B8 d! t-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
$ W- T& Y' {* j) C' L" V6 B2 u$ G-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
( A  u& G( Y0 m3 U-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

3 H* w2 B# h& K9 X  U6 U* X9 JQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
) d% N: q  `. N) h  }% h: S! Q& r-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
/ y$ w- B6 P& R# b2 {! h3 l-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
