Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
( h* ]  p. a1 Q( b/ z-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
# J! m2 v8 I& h& [# I-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
  c! d# y. d! K  T-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

/ s* c0 O  s# F6 y; b-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
2 l2 p- y3 L2 w  L1 u8 X$ j% \-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
