Job Duties / Responsibilities
3 J, n) ^; f' b# k9 g• Familiarize with the assigned process units
) @' i8 a1 Q% Y- F• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 7 ]) T+ |4 S- A/ m& z7 ^9 D7 p
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
' K% D0 y1 O8 ?• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.9 G8 K. f/ A4 C* Z
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation) r3 p) q1 s e O l7 j5 Y
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
