Job Duties / Responsibilities: C( C7 W2 _: }" T5 J$ B
• Familiarize with the assigned process units7 o# n6 D2 @& |0 X+ x
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. # s, ?6 B, d$ e
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.) U3 W0 A+ V$ ]2 |$ d0 D
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
0 T2 A, P/ |3 J$ |% p8 s `• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation U1 X& {; X: g" e. j
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
