Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The

# ^0 Q2 v; R0 W3 h/ rment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
, F' n7 O- Z9 `* ~0 W% g5 z* H+ _The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
5 z+ o. u/ S' k8 y* x$ g8 KŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
/ F$ S* H8 |) ~9 Z8 Uthe organization;
$ A& H" m" K$ T6 f+ }Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
% {: ?, y8 z. h2 i# l$ Asupport;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
6 R  @# i2 x1 E5 \! Q/ r8 P, Dimplementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
  ]9 [! X. d6 Ceducation and experience;
$ K0 e! B' L5 C  \: U- q+ tŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
3 F1 y( q1 _* S2 X" oŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
" p! [7 G- [8 r5 c9 }Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
