Duties
o3 Q: }7 @4 i0 G, d5 ~% l) y+ eSupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
( z2 D- A0 o/ y$ xModifies forms and reports according to client specifications: R0 \' h! R4 r
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
# T/ p K) ?! D" Z# e; rAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
* I0 Q) E( b) OQualifications3 x4 y& S" l, R! U3 U: I
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered+ x& b( w- F/ u# {& Z* k; H: r/ n, ^
Several years related experience in a similar environment3 `8 v; e9 m6 B3 X8 ]% o2 I& H+ A
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
6 I/ f4 b2 u- D1 X* I2 lKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
