lots of 谢谢。

Even you've got the latest RpR from the seller, the new buyer may still request you to provide an updated one when you resell the house so there is no way you can save any money on a future RPR. I still don't quite understand why RPR is said to be a must, as 沙发 said , the risk may only be that you have to tear off the structures which are not shown on RPR. However this may make a difference on how much your lawyer will charge you, the more the papers ,the more the fee, I think.

Realtor helped the buyer sign the contract with the seller, right? Have you ever looked at the terms in the purchase contract about rpr? What does that term tell you?

By the way, if you like to remove the item of update rpr in the agreement, that is your problem and nobody can save you.
