Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
5 M" T! ~( p* y0 y$ D6 WPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
5 o! }! e1 X, R' z: L: ZExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
" O$ u$ K' h( C: v; EExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
/ t: g* W* |) r/ _9 f5 _Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
* G+ n4 h: c1 y8 f: g, b0 @, C8 |Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
. @" v# }$ W5 v  ?. M, w. lDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
