Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
  p/ K! T( k8 P: F; k  TPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
+ _. B9 S! v% K* _5 U7 }9 PUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
- S6 s1 k8 v( s5 t9 nExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
* E( c8 x! D: T* a1 o8 V( C6 xExcellent communication and negotiation skills
) {+ S: y0 T/ j7 qExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
