Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role & E; H) q% G' x% yExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants . Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments & ?3 y- q1 J2 x
