Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants $ y( Y8 p# f+ C8 y D6 MExcellent communication and negotiation skills : r0 F$ B: }* E& f0 X3 G
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 7 j& n% v$ N, K
