没有开过车，即没有保险记录，用车也不会太多，大约开销不知道要多少钱。有买了车的新手给个介绍吗？谢谢！

旧车保险费算100吧，有的贵些，也有90多的（都是指新手），油费几十块吧，看你买什么车了，有的车用油多，有的少，轿车就算10块/100公里吧。
