) ?; O5 K. r; |% `( [The Edmonton real estate market continues to attract buyers with record-breaking sales figures and value-priced properties. Multiple Listing Service (MLS ®) figures in June show that real estate sales in Edmonton continue to set records for number of units sold, listings, average prices and total value of sales.( M4 F) W2 F; N( ]/ x3 v" C3 k9 K
, w0 R4 j( M e7 s3 R5 u) sTotal residential sales (single family, condominiums, townhouses and duplexes) in June were 1,974 units valued at $369 million. This is 13 units higher than May figures (which also set an all time record) and 17% higher than June 2003. Year-to-date figures reflect four months of record-breaking sales and at the midpoint of the year total $1.7 billion with 9,470 home sales. |
