General Terms of Use

is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
) Z/ |$ `1 {, M 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
, Z& Q5 | u, g) `% f, f6 i% E You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight3 A s: @- I; O# F9 t9 l$ R
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
! F9 @/ \3 F% i" }: @& h$ e2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your* w$ M9 L/ p: o

# C8 F% g' t4 Y- z, O; C W3 v4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
. A, u6 n; ^8 j$ z( \' J J1 h national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon0 p1 D4 J6 ]. P$ `4 ^# f9 c3 b6 U
arrival at the park.* O* @6 d- W y4 C `1 C7 f2 s
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of1 ]! L# D9 Q% c t3 ^+ U
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
, Q' o8 j, K) d! E a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same1 v4 a9 A. V! p' g8 j- ]4 d
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
/ {4 T/ {8 f5 t" p( t6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
# `5 i4 d- W. t* B a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of1 m+ H, [! \9 z5 t) X
campsite; and the service type.
* M8 R# U1 c" H( S, H7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
( q3 y% L' P$ Z, j# [ confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

6 o! Z1 R9 I# H' `: P q least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
: }1 ? N2 q7 D7 [ for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You/ t" F! r# {0 _8 ]0 [% y+ z1 B
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you4 r2 s2 w, ]: J l; G3 M( _. y2 {% Q
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
8 V& Z9 W% _& i/ Q* d- c$ Z! x - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,+ s" ~/ v- _% N) r& W+ C
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
9 K: m: L8 u/ C) x0 d! B6 H reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,3 }; R: i M( v) f$ g) U8 N
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.' Y! p" w! S( R3 l/ E. U: {5 _
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 z5 M4 e' v3 R; w/ @+ c
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
0 [% X& q6 X9 T your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
: ?/ ^7 J% O1 m% S7 S5 p guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change6 Q) x4 W) |9 F" g! S9 L9 l9 B
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the C" L; u: P$ f' y$ T
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
' u R5 a& N7 ]+ |4 O' \" f change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
5 z5 w* |4 K- X4 w) I14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
9 m) S$ ^0 A3 p: Y/ S5 g earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground& K8 g: S+ ]; ^& Z N6 E/ @
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
! [1 R: `/ D& Q7 q0 i will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please1 d7 G- Y8 g+ t+ i4 u& Y
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.8 P8 t/ ^6 J, k1 ~% F9 N

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the) L' u2 W' ?( a. C: ^
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
4 }4 v% Q7 c, C { on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
% l e* h W9 D2 j+ }1 Z$ O# a the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
; v; }: A% j" `* }) S call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
, z; I! [7 T0 J3 h& t0 y5 \16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
! {) \+ \& O" t s+ G4 a* j" [ } If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your4 ^5 O: {7 d2 f( a. M; g8 j' _ z; W
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
7 g# F" |) R# Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see8 b$ z+ P( E' Y: D
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

A7 I5 e5 A3 z& R% X5 i, z17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
" X2 g2 j4 H9 z9 Z6 Y d. Y scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
, M7 y( l) _# n/ u. Y your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."- n+ [3 |3 Q* v8 }, p! W
; y# i& ?6 @* D: z When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite1 ]6 h& `6 g+ g# m$ f

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
