; {; }+ [6 i2 W: w b 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
6 _, K. _% f& \/ p9 M) H( m You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight% _5 L2 z: F& F7 @# F% C! o
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 1 E9 \* ~) j, N3 ` E& A
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your1 J9 s6 B1 {! v/ q- f: B: _
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park9 R% i& V7 I) q

2 H; I4 c* h, F$ `' g1 j5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of

a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same, p7 h! N* A" y9 e& ]
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.6 H0 ~$ o7 D; u
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on2 c' o J: `2 p4 M
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of( q# F" f8 E+ J& s" q% v
campsite; and the service type. 6 X; |5 k8 D6 \: o; _
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously6 H" b/ s/ {5 U1 r J8 a& Q2 q
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
7 _$ [! z' n5 g( d& q These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of0 Q- @! n: ]8 V& L6 f; z. D5 M
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations8 \ }' L, r0 C# G" B
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
. W+ H6 U, d, i* t) x9 b All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
" B' [; R7 @0 I* ]! P; Y least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
5 u3 [" b3 [+ K" { for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.8 T& C" }' z& g7 w8 m9 h

certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to% `* ?( x- {( L& T% C, y; S- M& r% P
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

j7 H; H0 F- c( U" H3 E; u For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address% T8 ]" h+ o2 n* ]
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you1 n# s) C# |# B' o s+ Q
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:: c4 a& F% }4 J/ k" U
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
! U2 B( s" Y+ H" X: _ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your8 s" B$ K/ w! U1 T: x/ B
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

7 {7 I% V: Z+ ^; d; I - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
( J' u0 Q; `- @8 e% x0 K: q 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
4 w0 e* A9 O# {' w1 d& v of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original4 V: o' M w+ s# A
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

) [9 d& a; j3 \8 { X; |14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
6 u+ y+ Q7 K3 M" V4 R0 t: G earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground7 p, T; m# h/ _0 I$ ~" b' i
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee, w0 H% |: X- T! e8 V# w8 K, y
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
8 k: j$ e$ L% C: f* N' x4 e notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact2 N) q- x9 L' T0 M- ?% X3 v
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,# ^4 w& ? C8 }3 I$ D, ^2 ]
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
- {- F& N2 p' B16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
; `8 ]' ^* q& { If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your; O- h8 p! B" ^ T
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two1 ^' l( J1 Q) J+ t" o& _
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
, S* J+ a, O" k( B% y6 M, h policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late! U$ I8 T% l- I6 X$ t# C& |# X

No-Shows - t( L) r4 [% i
2 a( \( O4 q1 H) P9 `17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
2 [5 @8 F* W- b) K% u8 d scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
, ^* H4 a9 Z0 z D8 A+ p0 t' z+ F your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
& g( \, J8 ?1 Q- U$ ?/ Y0 V p* K1 c/ | e
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
7 I+ M% ?. K; t% U" h will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
" e3 J) O. q1 @# i8 F, R paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,4 m0 V; S- m: U
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
' A; t" J/ C) c0 p of your originally scheduled departure date.
