- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
or other science background essential for Analyst positions,

: a! c$ I8 N4 W" R% W: ]- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic
- Have a good command of the English Language

DESCRIPTION:

0 L/ C' _" G0 M1 @" ^1 F3 z; S: tReceives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
$ o. J# X# A' ^  ~& ~Responds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
+ @1 Y3 _3 u* ~6 [7 k2 q  ~) r3 k7 O* UConfers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
Assist with invoicing and reporting of client data
% e3 c# |! H3 cDefines customer requirements per transaction

! Y# L, N! f9 c- F+ J$ YHigh School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
8 d; z2 [3 l. k6 n* ZPrevious laboratory experience an asset
% a9 r% ~# k7 w$ k* j& [Able to deal positively with customer concerns
