) a: K2 g, j2 U0 w0 r/ N8 T& tReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
' D, Q+ |' G5 a$ _. C" z- W        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
) z3 o( I9 `# G. b8 d        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

8 |8 S0 l, m( O3 [' y% J7 E7 bQUALIFICATIONS:
( v4 t9 \9 Y/ \•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
8 |$ k' ]% X# N, Z  d" q# W•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
( B: z- W  E5 ^•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
