, Q* _  ]* T2 D3 xperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
. s: Z$ l. R$ l# rSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
, V- @) O- C+ U/ ]$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
! U- K+ Y# g' U* N. _$ Z! {2 Gbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

5 C+ T# k0 n! f: y' V1 _& U2 \# |( gcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
