I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 x6 o$ f& o( ]5 g- g% I4 m0 Dperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
7 N+ R9 }5 u, ]$ n! P0 L(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
2 w1 V& b8 A( `- ~Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
: N3 }' l/ @* b3 B$ W$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
4 d( ]8 o/ u5 ]. s9 ?, Jbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

! h' M1 C4 T. C3 wYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
' m8 b/ ^1 ]! R  ccheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
  m+ Z2 y0 o4 K1 t5 Y! u! [/ l- tafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
