1 e. a2 s9 A* y- {7 @I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 A. L" R  G; T, c1 u9 g) dperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
/ o2 s  [' T7 r+ A- N' s/ Y30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

; K! D+ e' n( ~$ R0 lYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
) l' Q5 U3 ^  ycheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
2 K% |7 l9 j* x9 e2 olease required.
