person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
  e" X9 ]$ e$ O; K) b6 G" t. e(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
! k. _" }2 E- M5 l; E7 @9 TSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
/ I% n) f6 S/ t6 V$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
9 J; U- O4 O  P5 M' X/ qafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
