刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？
是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话

我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
% I6 S/ ]$ A4 R3 G/ f我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
university, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
5 v' {+ w* b9 P+ {' Z, }" {international students in the admission stage.
' p( {) f- }: n( G* b2 E/ u3 \
The second sentence means that even you are considered as an
international student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

我想请教一下，我要申请明年９月的研究生，我是现在申请好还是明年２月登陆后申请好呢？
如果我想申请５月的研究生能来得及吗？

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

一般申请的时候都要提交申请材料，那我现在citizenship Status in Canada上填什么好呢？

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
