求教：买土加高房子四周

因房子周围的土沉降，想买土把房子的四周加高，这样下雨时雨水会流到离房子远的地方。但不知到何处去买，买什么样的土。是不是叫TOP SOIL?
请高人指点。

Top soil is the soil put on top for cultivation, black dirt can be used as top soil.
After you turn right onto Windermere from Terwillegar Drive Southbound and just before you turn right again to Windermere North, there is a sign by the roadside (on your righthand side) that reads "TOP SOIL" and an arrow to point you the direction. You can also buy black dirt (black earth) and topsoil in bags at some of the garden centres.

我最近也在关心这个事情.有两个问题想请教一下:
1. 好像作positive slope,应该用clay. top soil 吸水. 作出的slope作用不大? 在网上查了一下,好像是应该先加clay, 然后再在上边加top soil, 然后再放草或者石子.
2. 要是房子四周是草地.需要把草先除掉吗? 还是直接往上加土就行了?
