The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to T0 W1 U* s, bTools -> Internet Options & E7 i/ O& t% Q' h2 M. Q! o; S7 sClick the Connections Tab- a7 b& B% q% b+ S
Click the the "Lan Settings" button 6 d- P M' c. mRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"3 @% v9 o- ?- e- @
Click Ok ' B: M3 e m; oClick Ok; s7 O3 H* u/ b
