The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to. m! C' N; Q. w1 X) H

Click the Connections Tab 9 x& A# ~9 J1 g0 Q4 N6 OClick the the "Lan Settings" button0 ?8 x' o0 E; o' y8 E8 _
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings" # d+ _( r; c, \ W. WClick Ok 2 _& f4 c+ i' LClick Ok $ K3 c+ O: w% r" x0 a: j0 P! F) Y- m- V& `. g5 G5 P# Z
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
