Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

9 _$ J1 {* S8 E& k" F8 M§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution
8 \+ l2 G% H. x9 Y& c$ G2 [& [§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation

§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert

§ Proven knowledge of Dell, IBM, Xerox and Lexmark hardware

This person will work closely with the SYSCO Canada Corporate IT group (located in Calgary and Toronto). 1 ]) D& y) D9 r l0 E+ j

§ Manage a stable local IT environment

§ Work with auditors (internal and external) – respond to requests, prepare response to audit reports6 g5 e- G; O- m8 ]
§ Hardware and software configuration and implementation3 U8 _" ]6 i& O: F( o
§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to
# N' o, {2 `* g% r& }6 `§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times8 K/ v% ?7 g$ B) {
§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access

§ Develop and track IT budget as well as IT capital spending plan- A, v# p; d, }9 [
§ Liaise with Corporate IT Helpdesk
