you have three methods to book an appointment.

1.visit www.prometric.com to schedule a test

- J7 p. A; `- n! `+ v# ~2 }2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
5 o, q) Z1 V2 x- V   Thomson Prometric Test Center
            6715-177 TH ST
7 }0 A; y; \# H8 cyou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
