Two cutler –hammer advantage starters are doing the same thing:
& V! d1 l! |- L3 r8 h5 R After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.' i9 Q& _6 K/ L3 `' ^
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
0 r/ ~# h* D% d, ^! ?& k- nConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

% P0 W- |5 }% b" I* @" sThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
