When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.

# R0 d# ~0 b4 M9 L! NConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.1 p/ U Q; z8 Z# W. r; o# |$ J

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
# _* N, M, M- s$ T6 ^$ b. }* EThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
) g5 b0 r$ u8 i: m9 N It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. / [: T* ]7 E, H7 S- @
: e" F& K( r! B8 HThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
