我认为房子的朝向位置，内部结构，电器，装修都会影响价格，就是一样结构的房子，价格也不会完全相同，里面的材料不一样呢

二楼的, 看清楚了, 那是同一个房子.
不知有人进去看了没, 从照片看, 颜色太难看了, 天上地上的全是BROWN, 好象掉进泥坑.

I saw this house when it was a new listing. 8 ft ceiling in main floor. ugly color and low grade inside finishing. indian owner. has been on comfree for a looooooooooooong time and recently was put on mls.

执迷不悔

frankly to say, the house itself is not bad for this price, I think the spec has been upgraded. although the color is a little dull
anyhow,  it is indian owner, then whatever, I will be far away
