请教大家一个问题，我买了一个新房，马上就要 pre-occupancy walk through了，但发现墙和BASEMENT的水泥地有一些裂缝, BUILDER解释 "it looks like building is settled and generally it happens during first year, but I will  take no risk and check all walls and telepost in the basement to make sure everything is o.k." 请问,这个回答可靠吗? 问题严重吗? 我可以做一些什么吗? 非常感谢

如果你不放心,最好另外找人看看,新房子一般都有小裂缝的

9 j8 E6 w3 M: WIt's true, not much thing you can do about it but you can insist the builder to pad it up with cracks filler.
