On Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.

7 m2 b" |; @( K% ^Bring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:* l: f( G3 O6 ]) f
$ i: y; \% }$ P# `& _9 Z9 ]learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
: z0 d9 U# A' B" @3 Zdigging for and examining fossils
" J$ Q) I( ^" O: h+ R" texploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth ) U% J. _) p$ p d
investigating insects

" i; ]! }9 M8 s5 ` E7 t“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.
