On Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.' C) k) f1 R: J( Q' q
7 J+ }1 T" f0 E+ tBring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:

learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
B/ C0 b6 s/ ?9 X0 L9 x1 Ldigging for and examining fossils
1 u# `7 i2 b, eexploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth 9 ^: L6 p# W, V/ D! p
investigating insects

“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.; f) |: v1 c& a% o
