Position Responsibilities:; l& [$ K" a5 Z
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
( e) h! w; }/ h! m ]5 K# B# h• Identification and replication of software defects
1 i9 m! p. {2 k4 h, o/ E6 B |• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients c0 V, K! O+ g8 }
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
