• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
: H# r6 w# ^1 V) U. E. G8 `6 O• Identification and replication of software defects
4 D- e& q. ^; r; v& u6 G) n• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients % y% w3 W, O. S" ]) m
• Managing customer expectations
N2 ]+ F& L9 v" k• Documentation of technical procedures + M% ]# K. _4 i
• Trouble shooting client network issues
5 U, _! C) U* X! S! h7 P• Optimizing system configurations
B% r9 [- h' {; y0 j. y+ F• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 5 a z. r- S' [: o) x1 e
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Site services worldwide

• Customer service skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
