Position Responsibilities:
! C; P, z5 a6 d8 ~, G$ l- ~• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 q. X8 u' ^. A: U5 v0 b+ W( y• Identification and replication of software defects . D9 [% D6 ?- |; ?9 t5 o; Z
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures
" k" Z7 X$ y r. n' c& E# T; B• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Experience and Education
