•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control: q' b( r; d- x3 O- J
•        Identification and replication of software defects  0 p9 F8 ]+ W( [0 p/ b
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ Q% B  v- ]3 ^  R, w
•        Managing customer expectations

Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Technical writing skills

•        Network trouble shooting skills
