Position Responsibilities:3 y, C0 W, H2 E( E7 y3 n
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 D5 C& ^* d' _+ Z! N* X, Q( `•        Identification and replication of software defects  
6 d2 `( e2 A9 F4 y2 r•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
' g7 g( I3 i6 O/ Z9 f•        Managing customer expectations 1 l1 n: O6 h3 \- l5 U& ?$ y" x
•        Documentation of technical procedures
& D: K& U' l' R' Y4 Q( f•        Trouble shooting client network issues
0 O+ ]; N2 _# i, D7 A7 R+ k) u( d•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ! g+ w% @/ W4 q8 |' R
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. / V4 F, C; F- D
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills

Experience and Education
