•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
% ^( v$ s5 [! W: {•        Identification and replication of software defects  + F0 M; E+ a3 h+ E0 i5 K$ a3 y; W9 \
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  0 t4 D9 D4 ?" h8 J. [& [
•        Managing customer expectations
, J  S# |, E& p; M% A' @; a•        Documentation of technical procedures ' z& k- W* ~3 `) q" K
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
% ]) G  S4 I& V•        Optimizing system configurations

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required. r6 g0 o4 J( V. F0 E- K
•        Customer service skills 7 Q$ D- R' Y0 E9 t% n
•        Technical writing skills ! U3 l8 o; O/ G( B# a
•        C++ development skills 7 F' v4 R- E" h+ d# c+ E; e
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.$ X$ l3 c1 ^- k) ~+ Z2 p. x
•        Network trouble shooting skills 4 ~3 j! V+ E4 {8 t) Z, H' o" u
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills . \7 h9 W" q9 }
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments / }" d% V3 H! R6 p% L
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
