: ?5 j$ f8 x! N7 P) Z2 t% l# ?6 y•        Identification and replication of software defects  
3 ?& N8 w% o" w3 ^2 ~0 g! a•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; R/ k) E. N0 C' y  R
•        Managing customer expectations ) Z* B) t2 F8 T6 h& g* U
•        Documentation of technical procedures
6 g% J$ B6 k  T0 d8 M•        Trouble shooting client network issues 0 b* u' m7 g' Y# A$ ~: Q. [
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required2 G0 `6 ~; d: l
•        Customer service skills , F* [. I2 t6 A9 d( @+ L# s; b4 T
•        Technical writing skills $ Q4 o! \8 c7 H0 F& D5 b
•        C++ development skills
$ s( e& \. i6 `•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.3 j  a% f8 |2 h, x
•        Network trouble shooting skills
' s# Z3 }/ W8 ^•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills & a4 I: X0 D' N. [1 [2 E, ~5 w
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 2 m: `1 m/ O0 T( D
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
4 @2 f# x0 Z/ Z3 V$ N+ L•        Technical degree or diploma
' @/ m: R6 s* L5 [9 h! i5 \•        2 years experience in a technical support role
