Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
, j6 O) {: F9 g' I$ [9 Y9 J# MAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 w. V$ l) u  g- z3 kAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
& k5 X+ M, l7 P7 w- H/ _% L$ xResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
4 J: d; ^/ {+ a7 q1 HMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
