4 c/ `9 j( Q! C, x# |  l, x% vSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
8 w1 W' \" y$ r. ~) m5 ^5 EAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
( @/ ]4 m* D, [% g4 yResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
0 n% V% p- p" K  fMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
% l: Y( t" n! A' ?: c) h# I3 MHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
+ F# t6 ~8 l; w
* j, }7 H! b- f( I' @8 ]( y         Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
