- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  n/ U" k2 c0 R0 {/ G1 I1 n/ e- h5 I* Y- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- t: e8 h' R! j1 \; J0 _; I- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
/ s* `+ A% z1 p2 ]; i: B# J- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
4 P* G7 m( ?/ y6 K- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
3 k4 _7 n& X: V- Tend ovens which cure metal coating

' n6 E% S. `" I; ~•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        On-the-job training will be provided
