, r2 {7 L, }+ U. c v' v! r- Design and deliver educational and preventative workshops about addictions to kids & youth
+ v: Z0 o# X" P, l7 J/ x) g- Work with a team of actors to develop and deliver of a touring play about problem gambling/ B" M9 w* }+ `- y/ V6 x1 F# x( g
- Build and sustain relationships with schools, social service agencies and community groups) x0 ?" J T+ q4 c5 a
- Identify community needs and best practices in the area of addictions prevention and further develop the program to meet those needs
1 b$ X) _5 c k. e- Complete regular reporting to Alberta Health Services – Addictions & Mental Health

; t! U: _ g* z0 d- Post secondary degree or diploma in social/human sciences0 v9 g9 [( n8 a5 l' f( Y
- At least 2 years experience in the fields of addictions & mental health, education, health promotion, public health or youth engagement' I, z* ^2 U2 _: u7 ~5 [
- Strong ability to work well with youth, community workers, teachers and others
% K; z5 Q) P+ ~8 l- Experience doing program development
# K+ A" M: [2 J5 e& y T, R- T8 K1 E- Strong organizational and coordination skills
[' |- L( P1 [) h5 w- Self-directed and able to take initiative) {) O' {. ]! C* V5 N+ [
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in an Asian language is an asset
