Pudding Recipe

- E' i; d/ I% B4 c1 a6 _1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Whipping cream 300ml

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled

3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)8 C# w" j. ^: U! Y
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
6 Q$ K, @* v% I8 t1 V5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

有蛋白就會比較凝固. a& z" |( V( q5 d s. X& X( \% o$ C
第一種做出來有一半超好吃
) v. k4 q0 y( n6 U8 J5 m, D4 l下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
