The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.; G. F a3 M* w, T9 G+ \

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.) s+ X* y. r" F. m

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

· Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.
