请问买十年新的房子，有必要找home inspector 吗？
8 K. C/ c6 V  E# {# w5 d" P; c, u" w觉得花400元也查不出啥问题，不请又不太踏实。请发表高见，到底有用没有？

我觉得得请。十年也不算太短啊。好多东西要换了，而且要看看维护做得怎么样。

My house former owner had a 热水炉 for 35 years. I can not buy insurance when my insurance company know it.
