outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

& r$ E9 }7 X' J8 |0 aoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

- n0 x8 t0 j& O9 {8 x1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
  K+ K$ f% F- f% S3 B( w
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
' r( M' s% U) [+ }The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

To save this contact's information and add a new contact, click SAVE & NEW
