outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：# |9 Y. H7 B: j) z* p6 m

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add 9 P- Y1 a; U! R+ u$ D5 n
. H) _; k0 X! O' w8 V2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts9 Z" ?% k; R% \ f* @
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

* U* y8 I9 z8 A" y3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
