关于地基下沉的问题

想请教一下，有个92年的房子，attached garage,进房子的门前有段水泥路面，这段路在garage的边上。发现水泥路由于地下陷，不是平的，有非常明显的倾斜，不知道这房子值不值得买。是自住用的。谢谢回复。

You yourself have answered the question already. But if I were you, I will stay away from this problematic one. This shows it has a tendency to a further settlement. Serious settlement may cause serious house problems.

这房子的LOT在建前是低地，填土后建房就要出现这问题。应该说，15年后已经到位。
验房是必要的。

sidewalk 和地基是有区别的如果只是sidewalk那是正常现象，一般sidewalk是建好房后填上土再建和房屋的地基没有直接关系，如果车库的水泥地和sidewalk是连接的（一般不常见）房子和车库连接处会出现相应的裂纹车库里的水泥地也会有裂纹。
