院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

9 t* z% B! p1 r) ?/ ~, w. l1 cup water 250 ml % A) q: y( i9 ~) A& q/ G9 \2 F8 X
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 1 Z `4 x6 X% Y9 M6 V! a3 E
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
3 D+ Q4 U% U+ ?: {6 g: bjuice of 1 lemon* 1 + `3 K2 W4 S5 e
2 x% |) U& J: C7 X. h8 J# Q* ~Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.) G' @0 u6 R1 [& T# g9 Q
