院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享6 k. O! x, ?4 X7 Q

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
2 Y7 F! S* W! Z: D8 B/ n- ~/ m1 cup water 250 ml
& K4 d; b/ j2 a8 S* k2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
/ o( u3 w r( O- ~' W7 j1/2 cup sugar 125 ml * m" H+ }, p; ]: f g( M" r
juice of 1 lemon* 1 2 m; `+ j3 |1 p: n! v

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.' f: H9 ~6 K7 z8 P8 O V; g4 k8 J
