院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

8 v6 W( W+ B! z, @" S2 E$ z3 cups saskatoons 750 ml , a3 b. ~; W& p/ w8 y4 U- K
1 cup water 250 ml
, u5 |: h V, g9 q% s) T, ?$ o; b" t2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
) U1 x D! K# G1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
' w3 _9 Q: J( C7 hjuice of 1 lemon* 1 {2 o* r4 A+ a& z1 K! b- u
- i$ s* [2 O6 D* w% aPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
