院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享' Z0 ?7 O! j5 ^5 v0 z+ Z7 ^- k

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
{* B2 Q$ K- l2 s, f1 cup water 250 ml / \. f p5 o: l. M# `
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
. E! d* F$ S9 w* V) |% n1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ; x5 U! w" y( G7 f+ g& K
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
