请问Direct Energy 的 de-regulated 和 regulated有什么区别阿？

Direct energy essential service 是否就是现在的 de-regulated
没有仔细看网站，扫了几眼也没看到 essential service....

这两个都可以浮动，也可以固定。貌似没有大的区别。
. A# x6 Y+ N+ F, h不过regulated 提到了 energy retailer 也说可以remain regulated rate(浮动）， 而de-regualted是选择plan， 感觉这个分类搞得怪怪的，还是我没有看完，没有看到点子上，理解有问题，越发糊涂了。。。
