Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

; k0 F  B3 c+ y4 F) P8 nrange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
3 Z& d; K: C; [" u! G0 _& y0 \Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;
! n2 g0 N9 f; E4 S2 m
Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

! {, H3 v% C) T, B3 f8 q- Y, w- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- n% }8 b+ `, ~: B+ E5 M" k-Paying attention to details;
1 w4 @( h# L+ v- Good time management and organizational skills required;
  J' x, ]& j8 K: H( z$ z* R9 ^-Post-secondary education preferred;
) g: {1 d) Y/ v1 H. q  D-previously related office experience preferred;
; k: t: }7 j- C3 f9 N- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

/ D4 _$ P  f$ [' b, q3 L8 D) w# wJob Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
& G8 P8 P9 f) L1 F  N- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
; e5 l4 x6 x) |; E- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
) K& e7 X+ I$ v7 f" g2 u5 `( ~, [- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
